All our clothing are made locally and they are printed based on demand.

Please allow approximately 2-4 working days to print and package your order, and your item usually arrives to you within 5-15working days( For Singapore and Malaysia orders) and  7-21 working days (other locations) after payment has been received on our end.

For urgent orders, please contact us directly at and we shall arrange to expedite the process for you with a minimal surcharge.

We allow for order pickups at our location, but by appointment basis only. Please contact us before visiting at our address to avoid any disappointments. We endeavour to answer all inquiries within 24 hours on business days.

We only accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Sizes

Please refer to our size chart prior to placing your orders. As our clothing is custom made for you, we are unable to resell them on our platform. For clothing sizes where you have incorrectly ordered, we will be happy to replace them for you with the same design but the right size with a minimal charge.

  • Faulty Condition

For items that arrive at you in the wrong condition – incorrect print, unsatisfactory print etc. We will do a direct 1 for 1 replacement.

Contact us at within 7 days of receiving your parcel to let us know and we will process the replacement. We will reply to your request within the next working day with the return instruction.

Unfortunately, we do accept returns and refunds due to change of mind. 

Happy Todd reserves the rights to reject any return request if :

1. We do not receive a return request via email within 7 days.

2. We did not receive the exchange item within 28 days.

3. We suspect the item has been purposely damaged or has been used.


Goods sold are not refundable.


All our goods are ship from our office in Malaysia. You are liable for any import duty and taxes when shipping to your country. A service fee may be charged depending on the courier service that is used.
